2018 Diversity, Service & Leadership Weekend

The Admission Office invites senior high school students passionate about issues regarding race, ethnicity, religion, the LGBTQ community, class, and community service to attend this weekend of workshops. Our theme this year will be “Identity”; students planning to attend the weekend should expect to explore different facets of their own identity as well as learn from others participating in the weekend. Be ready to engage in conversation with our faculty, students, and each other! Students interested in the New Horizons Scholarship and Bonner Scholars Program are strongly encouraged to attend. We encourage students to arrive early on Friday in order to observe a class, interview with an admission representative, go on a tour, and meet with a professor. Students are also highly encouraged to stay Friday night and Saturday Night.  You can depart after 9:30am on Sunday or at your leisure if leaving on an early flight.
